A few months ago, my health suddenly became much more important to me.
Within a five-month period, I found myself in urgent care twice because of a digestive issue. It was frightening, CT scans and large amounts of anitbiotics. I've always considered myself a healthy person so this was overwhelming.
Like many women, I left those appointments with more questions than answers. Different doctors had different opinions, and I felt frustrated trying to figure out what was really going on.
That's when I decided to take a more active role in my own wellness journey.
I began researching nutrition, healthy habits, inflammation, gut health, and natural ways to support my body. Along the way, I discovered a natural wellness product that included GLP-1, GLP-2, and GIP support, and I decided to give it a try as part of the other positive changes I was making.
Over time, I began noticing changes.
The biggest surprise was what seemed to be happening with inflammation. I started losing inches around my waist, my clothes were fitting better, and I was feeling more comfortable in my body. What I had assumed was simply age-related weight gain may have been something more connected to overall wellness and inflammation.
More importantly, I started feeling better and sleeping better.
That experience reminded me that wellness doesn't have to be complicated or overwhelming. Sometimes it begins with paying attention, making small changes, and finding tools that support your body in a way that feels sustainable.
I created Quiet + Well to share what's working for me and to encourage other women who are looking for a simpler, gentler approach to wellness.
I'm still learning, still growing, and still discovering new things along the way. I'm simply sharing the journey and the products, habits, and practices that have made a difference in my life.
